National Museum Institute, New Delhi


	The National Museum Institute, from time to time, offer consultancy service to various museums and Institutions. During 1999, Prof. A.K. Das, Head, Deptt. of Museology offered expert advice to the Jaipur State Museum as per the request of the State Government. Prof. Das who prepared a project proposal and concept of an exhibition to be put up in Nagaland by the IGNCA. Prof. l.K. Bhatnagar, Dean was invited as an examiner by the Dhaka University, Bangladesh. Prof. A.K. Das was invited by the City University, London, U.K. for presenting paper in ICOM-ICTOP Conference. Prof. Lolita Nehru was invited by the Cambridge University as a Visiting FelIow. Prof. l.K. Bhatnagar went to Paris this year under Indo-France Co-operation Programme. Several foreign scholars were received by the Institute during the year. It greately helped in interaction with the students and faculty members.
